PCOM Automotive Vehicle Trading Software Solution is one of our most successful Industry Specific Software Solutions, with more than 14 years of experience in providing software solutions and IT/software consultancy services to new and used car dealers in Singapore, from the very old DOS version software to the latest Microsoft Visual Studio version.
Our objective is to create an ultimate software solution which can greatly enhance the daily business operation of car trading business. For sales department, a Sales Order can be generated and converted to become a Sales Agreement upon the confirmation of a new sales. Sales admin or sales incharge person can print out the Sales Agreement, Sales Invoice, and Finance Loan Invoice if needed. Sales Team can check on Open Vehicle Listing Module for the list of vehicles available for sales, categorized by different vehicle types.
Simplify Buy and Sell Processes
To consolidate all the vehicle info, Vehicle Stock Master Module was designed to act as the master module that allow users to monitor all the details of the vehicles. To search for a vehicle, users just need to enter the keyword for example vehicle registration number in the Filter Function and the system will be able to display the search result immediately.
Accounting incharge person can keep track all payment and receipt for Purchase Agreement(PA) and Sales Agreement(SA). The balance amount will be highlighted in Red Colour automatically to always remind users that the PA or SA is still outstanding. Users can keep track the purchase commission and sales commission for all the vehicles. Users can also issue payment to the salesperson based on the Commission Reports generated by the System and monitor the payment status.
Transaction History
Users can keep track the costs of a vehicle for example repair and service costs, transfer fee, advertisement costs, admin costs and etc. Users can use the System to keep track the Floor Stock Interest details and the amount paid. This amount will then be treated as one of the vehicle cost incurred during Profit/Loss calculation.
System able to calculate the GST automatically based on various methods for example Gross Margin, Discounted Price, Standard Rated, and etc. Users can also view or print out the GST Input/Output Report. Broker share is calculated based on the Gross Profit of the vehicle. Users just need to define the broker name(s) and their share percentage.
Calculate Profit or Loss per Vehicle
Users can keep track the finance company details, loan details, motor insurance details and the commission received in the System. System will treats this amount as additional income of a vehicle and allow Management to see the true Net Profit of a vehicle. System will calculate the profit/loss per individual vehicle automatically. Users can view the profit/loss of vehicles anytime they want as long as they have the User Authority which assigned or appointed by the Management of the company.
COE, Road Tax, PARF, Layup Expiry is designed to enhance the monitoring of the renewal of various certifications. Users can print out a list of vehicles with COE, Road Tax, PARF, or Layup expiry date within a specific period of time and allow the operation in-charge person to take relevant action.
Sales Performance and Management Reports
Users can monitor the monthly sales performance of each individual salesperson by using the System. Users can also print out a report with vehicle info, salesman info, selling price and etc. for weekly or monthly sales meeting.
Users can view or print out various comprehensive reports for example Sales Agreement Listing, Purchase Agreement Listing, Company Profit/Loss Listing, Vehicle Costs Listing, COE/Road Tax/PARF/Layup Expiry Listing, Outstanding Sales Agreement or Purchase Agreement Listing, Broker Share Listing and many more.
Integration with Accounting System and other Modules
Optionally, you can integrate PCOM Automotive Vehicle Trading Software Solution with other operational modules such as Motor Insurance, Hire Purchase, Car Rental, Workshop, Block Discount, Floor Stock, HP Agency, Debt Collection, Parallel Import. Furthermore, it can also be integrated with ZACCOUNTS the Finance and Accounting Management System. ZACCOUNTS V3.0 is one of the software listed on IRAS’ Accounting Software Register (ASR).
